Backend Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang.
- Implement and optimize AWS Cloud solutions to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of our applications.
- Containerize and manage applications using Docker and orchestration tools.
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of user interfaces with backend logic.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards and practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to backend systems.
- Solid unit testing skills.
- Implement security best practices to safeguard data and systems.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency in backend development.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in backend development using Golang.
- Strong proficiency in AWS Cloud services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL).
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
